- My Bias, All Fans, Fanatics Plans: You only need to fill out the booking form if you are attending a different level to your main level, or if you want to attend more than one lesson that week.
- Bias Wrecker Plan: Must book every week.
*Strictly due by Sunday 9pm KST. If you do not have your form filled in by this time, you will automatically be booked for your main default level*
