These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Sophie's Place memberships provided by Studio Sophie Co., Ltd.

Sophie's Place is a digital membership program offering online experiences focused on Korean language, music and culture.

An active membership includes:

• Two Song Lounge live sessions per month.

• One K-Drama Club live session per month.

• One Culture Corner live session per month.

• Access to recordings of previous sessions.

All sessions are delivered online through YouTube.

Members can access upcoming live session links and available recordings by logging into their account and visiting My Library on the website.

Membership access remains available while the subscription is active. Live session schedules and content may change, and members will be notified of significant changes.

Sophie's Place is offered as a monthly subscription.

• The standard membership price is USD $25 per month, unless a different promotional or grandfathered rate applies.

• The first membership payment is charged immediately upon subscription.

• Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month. For months with fewer days, the billing date may be adjusted by the payment processor.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.

• Membership fees are charged using the payment method provided at checkout.

• The applicable subscription price and billing frequency are displayed at checkout before purchase.

• Members will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription price, in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 Cancellation

Members may cancel their Sophie's Place subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals.

After cancellation, members retain access to Sophie's Place until the end of their current paid billing period. No further subscription payments will be charged unless the membership is reactivated.

4.2 Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable, including when a member chooses not to attend live sessions or access available recordings.

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Studio Sophie Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to live session schedules, content and formats when necessary.

If a scheduled live session is cancelled:

• When only one session is offered: The session will be rescheduled to another date or time.

• When multiple sessions of the same experience are offered: If one session is cancelled, it will not necessarily be rescheduled, provided another session of the same experience remains available.

Members will be notified of cancellations or significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Any applicable consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

6.1 Personal Use

Sophie's Place memberships are intended for individual, personal use only.

Members must not share their account login details, live session links or replay recordings with anyone who does not have an active membership.

6.2 Content Ownership

All original Sophie's Place materials, including educational content, session recordings and downloadable resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Membership provides access to content for personal, non-commercial use only. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share or commercially exploit Sophie's Place content without prior written permission.

6.3 Violation of Membership Terms

Studio Sophie Co., Ltd. may suspend or terminate membership access if a member violates these content-sharing or usage restrictions, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Studio Sophie Co., Ltd. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business operations or applicable laws.

Members will be notified in advance of material changes that affect their membership, including changes to pricing, access or cancellation conditions.

Updated terms will be published on the Sophie's Place website with their effective date.

Any changes will be implemented in accordance with applicable law and will not override members' statutory consumer rights.
